To be up to speed with Teleperformance journey toward digital transformation, support the growth of the company worldwide and enhance the finance function and user experience, Teleperformance Finance launched in 2017 the project “Digital Finance”. Looking for rapid time to benefit, accelerated access to innovation, contained project costs and ability to connect to multiple tools in multiple countries, Teleperformance launched the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations on Azure cloud.
